TLMI appoints new marketing and communications manager

Paul Laporte will manage internal and external communications for a portfolio of established offerings and new initiatives.

The Tag & Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI) has announced that Paul Laporte has joined the association to manage marketing and communications efforts.

Laporte brings significant nonprofit marketing communications experience, having managed meeting, education, membership, and certification communication at several Washington D.C. area trade associations and professional societies. At TLMI, he will manage internal and external communications for a portfolio of established offerings and new initiatives.

In announcing the appointment, Mark Tibbetts, president of TLMI, says, “As TLMI continues to support the growth of the tag and label manufacturing industry, communications will play an important role. We are pleased to add Paul and his skills to the TLMI team.”
